Weekly yoga Schedule

Classes available for $5 per class and include use of the swimming pool, showers, a towel and unlimited water. 10 class passes are available for $40.  Samathi Lake class passes can be used for Yoga, Meditation, running club sessions and any other specialist classes that are available. Our yoga teachers create amazing classes, with a combination of different styles, please see the board for updates. Most days we have three sessions at 8:00am, 11:00am and 5:30pm (subject to changes). 8:00 am class are free on Sundays.

Vinyasa open level

Includes different styles of yoga, a flowing class that moves through breath and sun salutations. Develops strength, flexibility and balance for the mind and body


Medium paced traditional yoga class withmost yoga styles, focus is on asana and pranayama and suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

A slow paced yoga classsuitable for all levels. Yin yoga is passive yet challenging as poses are heldfor 5 minutes: it increases circulation and improves flexibility.

30 min meditation with restorative

A gentle passive form of yoga which is great for relaxation. Includes 6 or more poses held for 10minutes and are supported by props that allow you to completely let go.

Power yoga

This is a vigorous vinyasa class with emphasis on a fitness approach.
